Research

  • We offer primarily qualitative research services using focus groups, in-depth interviews and surveys.  We include and analyse quantitative data from the Central Statistics Office, Census and utilise data from other sources such as Pobal
    .
  • We are committed to using participatory research approaches, which includes working in partnership with communities directly, who in turn inform the design and co-ordination of the work, e.g. Needs Analysis for Domestic, Sexual, Gender Based Violence (DSGBV) Services across Cork City and County
  • We carry out extensive secondary desk research including comprehensive literature reviews as a pre-requisite to most primary research commissioned.

We carry out work directly for communities, state agencies/services and Government Departments. Examples are listed on our work page and can range from feasibility studies to Community Needs Analyses  and social inclusion audits.
