Strategic Planning
- Strategic planning can be carried out on a variety of levels, from being focused on communities who wish to respond to several needs over a period of time, to being focused on a project/organisation that wishes to develop and deliver on key objectives over the short to medium term.
- Most strategic plans address work by theme, strand, measure or objective. Plans include actions, time-frames, resources required and key performance indicators
- Examples include Local Community Development Plans, Collaborative / Partnership / Inter-agency Plans
